This is the oil that started my whole skincare and formulation journey. I have always struggled with dry skin and patches of eczema, but once they started appearing on my face (especially around eyes, and somehow in combination with acne!), I'd had enough of spending money on steroid creams and mainstream cosmetics that felt harsh, were expensive, and frankly just weren't working. So I decided to pare things right back to basics, using only ingredients I could pronounce and choosing herbs that had a tonne of both folklore and scientific backing as skin healers.

The result is a richly comforting facial oil that absorbs really well, and has a beautifully balanced lipid profile that will help repair your skin barrier over time. The active components in Kawakawa, Rosehip and Hemp Seed especially are known for their soothing, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
