Our friendly volunteer 'fixers' want your broken stuff!

Meeting on the last Saturday of each month at Kaipatiki Eco Hub, bring any broken household item and we'll try and help you fix it.  In the past we've repaired items such as: table lamps, push bikes, lawn mowers, books with peeling spines, talking shoes, chainsaws, outboard motors, bent gazebo poles, remote-control cars, indoor and outdoor furniture, plus loads of clothing and fabric items.. we love a good challenge!

Our aim is to connect our neighbourhood, especially the knowledge from our expert volunteers with the next generation and to contribute to a resilient community that values the art of repair.. all while keeping perfectly good items out of landfill.

This is a FREE  community event but Koha for coffee/tea and successful repairs is appreciated.
